Welcome! I am so thrilled to have you as my guest. I am committed to providing you with exceptional services. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, I have establish the following salon policies. Please take a moment to review them.
Appointments:
It is highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and services. I do not accept walk ins.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged with a 50% cancellation fee. If you no call, no show, 100% of your schedule service will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals:
I understand that life and traffic can be unpredictable. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your service may be shortened to ensure that I stay on schedule for other clients. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Children and Pets:
For safety reasons, and to maintain a peaceful environment, I kindly ask that children be supervised at all times, and that pets are not brought into the salon, unless they are service animals. Under both circumstances, I ask that you inform me before hand.
Payment Methods:
I accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Please note that all services must be paid for at the time of your appointment.
Personal Belongings:
We recommend that you keep personal items with you during your visit. Neither Tangled Up, nor I is responsible for lost or stolen items during your hair appointment. I highly suggest not wearing a hoodie to your color appointment as it might get ruined from the bulkiness of it getting in the way while you are getting shampooed. If your hoodie does get damaged, we are not responsible for that item.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let me know within seven days, and I will do my best to address your concerns.
Health and Safety:
Your health and safety is one of my top priorities. Please inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. I ask that you do not visit the salon, if you are feeling unwell.
